If you want to replace or would like to resign from the order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) by writing to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org .
If for any reason you wish to return out products, send us a representation on withdrawal from the agreement to the following address: email@example.com within 14 days of the product’s delivery, and then:
Return the products within 14 days of the shipment receipt.
Return products unused, not worn, with all tags, cards and in the original and undamaged packaging as packaging is considered to be a part of the product.
Return the complete product; if you purchased more than one product, you have to return the complete purchase.
Attach the purchase receipt (confirmation of the order or a received invoice with the order) with a completed representation on withdrawal from the agreement. (Appendix)
In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from the agreement, the Buyer shall pay all the costs related to return of the Product to the Seller, including proper packaging and costs of its transportation.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for discounted sales.
The Service Provider’s Shop Online is available at the following address: www.littleheavenshop.com and on its other sub-sites may not accept returns of items that were purchased via an external boutique.
